Dave Walters
Dave Walters is originally from the Washington, DC area. After college, he started at BF Goodrich in Akron, Ohio as an Industrial Engineer trainee. He spent nine years in the plastic machinery controls industry where he rose to National Sales Manager, and spent the next eleven years in the plastics machinery industry as National Sales Manager in Northeast Ohio.
In 2001, Dave moved to Virginia with his family and started his own agency. After a few years, he and Bruce Atkins formed a partnership to create Atlantic Plastic Machinery in 2005. Dave has over 30 years experience in the plastics industry serving plastics processors.

Bruce Atkins
Since graduating from Lafayette College in 1984, Bruce Atkins has spent his entire career working as a sales professional in the Plastics Industry. He worked as a manufacturer’s representative for 10 years before becoming General Sales Manager at K-Tron Inc.
After two years there, he left and founded his own representative agency, and subsequently merged with his partner Dave Walters, to form Atlantic Plastic Machinery, Inc.Â
